Re: UFO's
One of the most terrifying UFO sightings is the Cash-Landrum incident, which took place in 1980. This is an original UFO sighting, since the UFO was completely different that all other sightings.
It happened in Texas, when Betty Cash was driving home, with her nephew and a friend of hers, Vickie Landrum. Suddenly, at an unbelievable speed, a UFO blocked their way. The UFO was hovering above the road, in front of their car. It was huge (at least 28 meters in height), and in the shape of a diamond. The material of which it was made was weird, it seemed to be pulsating with light. All three persons were terrified.
Shortly after, the object flew away, again at a great speed. Helicopters crowded the area afterwards. There were military helicopters, as well as others.
John Schuessler investigated the case. He worked for NATO and he is one of the founders of MUFON,an international asociation studying UFOs. This is why he is a plausible investigator. He says that, at that time, the government didn't have the technology to build something like that. He also stated that the project didn't belong to the military. If it had belonged to the military, there would have been helicopters all over the place during the experiment, not after the object was gone. And everyone else who saw the helicopters said they seemed to be chasing the UFO.
This was one of the few unpleasant cases. And what makes this encounter bad is that both women were irradiated and had cancer later. Few UFO encounters are like this, irradiations happened very rarely.

Re: UFO's
I believe in UFOs because I have personally seen several such Unexplained space crafts myself. And I have read about very credible stories told by authorities and professional people who have no reason to make up such paranormal stories about them. Some of the opposition for such belief in alien existence is religious ad scientific in nature. Now that a Vatican astronomer himself has expressed belief in UFOs extraterrestrials and aliens, this should dispel some doubts about their reality.

Re: UFO's
The most recent debated UFO sighting happened on March the 24th, above the Oslo airport. Several airplanes had to make special maneuvers in order to land, because the UFO was simply hovering in the air above the airport. The object remained at an altitude of 2400 meters for about an hour. The UFO was detected by radars and the pilots confirmed it.
At first everyone thought it was a glider, but the weather was extremely windy and a glider couldn't have flewn on such a windy day. And it couldn't have stood still at 2400 meters above the ground, even if it wasn't any wind at all. Experts studied all the recordings and came to the conclusion that it wasn't a small plane either. Everyone working at the airport says they don't know what it was and they have no explanation.
It's a long time since a UFO blocked the airport activity. Last time it happened in 2010 in China.

Re: UFO's
Lately there has been a confusion spreading around the internet, but mostly in the mass media. There has been a great fuss about the UFO crashes from 1950. The FBI posted on their web site a document about this alleged crash.
This incident from 1950 must not be confused with the Roswell incident from 1947. The alleged UFO crash from 1950 is said to have happened near the town Azteca, and it is not even well documented. The whole report stems from a FBI agent, who heard the story from an other FBI agent, and the first agent himself wasn't sure about what exactly happened. So the report about the Azteca incident must be considered with reluctance.
Actually, from what i've read, the best and most accurate UFO reports belong to the CIA, NSA or NASA, and not to the FBI.
