Do you sleepwalk?
I remember when I was a kid, my younger sister used to sleep walk all the time. She has now grown out of it, but just wondered if anyone else does or did?
The most craziest thing she did was nearly climb out of a window and luckily we got to her in time. Other times my gran used to charge me with walking outside of the bedroom to see if she was okay and that she wouldnt' get her falling down the stairs. lol
I mean does anyone do this and how is it possible to do it?

Re: Do you sleepwalk?
Merry Meet Matt
I remember when I was in my graveyard shifts, this was when I was a call center staff , I should put a window between work and sleep. Instead of running to a dark room after finishing work just before sunrise, I should take a 20-minute walk around the block and take in as much sunshine before going to bed or else I will sleepwalk.
According to my friend psychologist, circadian rhythm is controlled by daylight. Working at night can reverse the body clock and it can affect my melatonin levels. By catching sunlight, the body will know it is still connected to the real world, that it is not living in a dark dungeon 24 hours a day. The sun sets the body clock again to face another day. So if I don't take a walk even for a minute, I cant help it!!!
