your personal photo gallery

At the top of the forum is a link named gallery.
You have as a registered member to add your photos that you wish to share with others. They have to be related to the forum and they are available to view to all.
So make the decision to decide if you do upload any photos that others can automatically right click and save them for themselves.

Admin and staff do not hold the copywrite for these photos and we cannot be held responsible for the copying or right clicking of your own photos. Make the concious light decision of choosing wisely what photos you wish to share on our board.

They are monitored, but we allow the freedom of you using this priviledge as a member.
you will be held responsible for any viruses uploaded onto our forum and you need to be aware of making sure your own photos do not have viruses or trojans added. This wiill result in automatic ban. For the simple reason that it affects personal laptops not just the loss of a forum too. So please be extra careful.

you also are not allowed to use this facilty to be home to your private collections. We advise you to use photo bucket OR image shack for this purpose.
admin reserve the right to cancel this facility and you are held responsible to keep back up copies of all your photos.

Your photos are visible on the portal page.

Go to gallery
Click on personal photo till you see upload.

You can rate them, you can edit them, you can lock them, you can also comment on them.

You have within your power the chance to show off your own personal photos, or ones that inspire others.

If we have enough people interested I would easily have a photo competition. or an awards monthly like the best photo of the month..
we have free allocation of 20mb not alot but if we get donations and such we can I think increase it.

It's not a problem we are a smaller forum and all mature, if it was abused or a larger forum then I will make amends. Please all be aware of the 20 mb when that is filled we will need to gain some donations to help expand it's not that expensive neither.

Prong not a problem but obviously keep it within reason it still is monitored.

I not considered it yet Prong, backstage you can add a donations button for credits I'll they use the credits to extend say buy yourown domain or extend the memory of the forum . It's up to members if they want to donate there is free will on the forum and not like other forums who ask for donations, this one doesn't.

It doesn't tell us how much credits you need for a site domain it tells you about the extending the memory. Like I said you get a free 20mb that's about 20 photos. I think..

To extend the memory it starts as follows

50mb- 50credits
100mb-100credits
1000mb-1000credits etcetc

then you get a choice of currency to donate.
it states:
500credits - 4.95 Euros
or 500 credits for 5.95 US dollars

which ain't that bad is it.. I don't think so if you look at it that way.

I have to a degree and in honesty it's coz we have been so small. Plus it's been time, I have had to do research for my disertation thru summer and take a break as well as look after this forum and babysit and do everyday life.

I am also at my parents through summer and all my work is based in my other home.

I haven't pondered on doing it untill needed.

we do have a forum ethos though and rules in time when I return home will be placed down. It's just that I trust my members.
In regards of money, I don't want to charge people money it's a free forum. If comes a time where I ask for help towards the cost of extending the forum then I will do so. At this moment in time it's our decision to keep the forum free as possible and even so. You never have to pay for this type of provision anyways?
