Clairaudience - I hear voices and words.

Hi,

Something has been on my mind for quite a while now. When I'm meditating, receiving healing or sometimes, just as I'm falling asleep, I'll hear full names, or entire sentences, which mean nothing at all to me. At first I just put it down to my mind wandering and rambling, but after reading and hearing others talk about clairaudience, I think I may be receiving messsages from souls who've passed over. It doesn't scare me and I dont find it weird, I'd just like to know more about it really. Also, when I'm feeling low and asking myself questions or just thinking to myself in general about situations, I receive answers, and at first, I just thought it was my own thoughts, but after being given answers that I never could have thought of, I honestly think it's my dad and my husband helping me from wherever they passed over to. I've even ended up having conversations with them at times, and received some comical answers as they both had brilliant senses of humour. For instance, my husband never believed in life after death or God, and used to laugh at me for my spiritual beliefs. He called it my heebie geebie stuff! So after he'd passed over, later on, I told him it really 'got to me' that he'd be more spiritual than me now - I asked him if he realised now that what I'd believed was finally true and expected his answer to be yes. He answered a definite NO!! I laughed out loud because that's just typical of him When I asked him about what it was like dying, and who was there to meet him, he gave me vague answers, but when I asked how he got from 'down here' up to the tunnel leading to heaven, he straight away answered ''in a rocket''!!! Now there's no way at all that I would ever have come up with THAT answer, and again, that's typical of Drew meaning, stop asking so many questions!
So I guess I'm answering my own questions So what I want to know is what do I do with these other sentences and names that come through at certain times? Who are they meant for? Any help will be welcomed.

First thing I would say is you are more relaxed at the end of the day and in the morning. I use these times to listen and tune in to my angels. The rambling I would take in any thing that is three times or more and writing it down in a notebook, will help you with guidance.
Second thing I would say is becareful of listening too anything of a negative value. Put protection up and ask your Angels or guides to help you with your visions and hearing.

You are opening up to the world of extra perceptions and so well done, there is nothing you can do just write things that are not of a waffling or negative station.

What are you hearing?

Sometimes random words or sentences that have no meaning can be the thoughts of other people as well..... like a radio that picks up transmissions on radio frequencies, we can tune in to other thought energy too. When we are just learning about our own clairaudience, energy recieved as words heard can be the result of being a listener to a frequency that we haven't consciously tuned in to, but tuned into none the less.

Example:
Last night I was sat down and all I heard was "that must have been cold" and then I text Casey to tell her what I heard and she replied saying "You heard me, I was shouting it at the Telly".
what happened, but I thought it was really smart. The only answer I have is that I was with her in spirit.

Heather, you are really open when it comes to this stuff, have you tried channelling yet?

Not officially still learning to recognize. I think I channel when sometimes I answer on the forum.
Sometimes I can suggest something to my husband in my mind and he actually then does it and gives me verbally a reason why he decided to do it. His reason is always quite logical....nothing to do with my suggestion.
